Thanks for reporting. There were 3 houses with different address near the reported one. I've removed them all, the fix will affect on next server restart.

A new version of SCNR is out.

Attempted to fix jail spawn bug on next login.


Houses! Purchase the house of your dreams and decorate it with many furniture categories. Use /furniture for add items to your house. /myhouses to list all owned house(s).
Failed account login attempts are now logged for security purposes.
Robbale cashier inside LS Bank.
You can now deposit/withdraw inside LS Bank.
A new fancy delivery textdraw.
Ammo crates! Find hidden ammo crates (there are 20 of them in whole LS) to refill your weapon's ammo.
New skins inside clothing shops.
New ammunation in East Los Santos.
Areas unlocking. Explore the whole map of SA to unlock areas and receive a reward. Stay inside an area for 2 minutes to unlock it.
Purchase a medkit from hospital to easily recover your health when needed. Use /medkit to use it. You can carry a max of 5 medkits.
/robberies - A command to show latest 20 robberies made by players.
Info box showing what's happening in SCNR (robberies, jails etc.)
Intro for new players - Thanks to a friend for the hint.
Personalize even more your vehicle with neons. Open the vehicle control panel (/vcp) and choose from 6 different neon colors.
/wire - Works like /givemoney but it's a wiretransfer (You should have money in your bank account to send a wire transfer).
Cooldown of 5 minutes between a vehicle purchase and another.
Various mapping. I tried to map something, so don't expect anything special because i suck at it.


Money stole from store robberies have been increased. They now range from $1500 to $3000.
/crimes and /transactions now shows last 20 entries. (Was 10 before).
Running style.
New players now get $2500 as starting money. (Was $1000 before).
Deliveries reward have been increased up to 50%.
Weather system.
Boombox object.
Bribes can now picked up only on foot.
Tweaks to messages and colors.
Driving while drunk now gives you a wanted star.
/v is now /vcp and has been remade with a nice dialog.
/gangs now shows tags owned.
"Grand Theft Auto" crime now is given only if a LEO is near a range of 30 meters.

A new version of SCNR is now out.



Internal changes to entrance system for a better handling of everything.
Clerks robberies now have a 70% of chance to succeed. (Was 50% before).
Drastically reduced ticket cost. Now its cost can't exceed $500.
LEOs ticket reward now is based on suspect's ticket amount + $100. Eg: A suspect paying a ticket of $500 will award $600 to the issuer LEO.
Bank controls (keypad & vault door) now have a cooldown of 15 minutes. (Was 10 before).
Refuel time has been decreased a bit.
Dispatch message for murders is now shown only if the killer is a Civilian.
Dispatch message for murders now shows the city of where the murder has been made.
Totally remade location system.
/loc now shows the city of where the located player is.
Robberies outside active city have been disabled.
Reduced fuel consumption.
Vehicle gas tank now has a capacity of 140 liters. (Was 120 before)
Low fuel warning message is now shown when 20 liters of fuel are left in gas tank. (Was 10 before)
Now running out of fuel doesn't eject you anymore from the vehicle, its engine will only stop. Once you refill the vehicle, engine will start normally again. (Thanks to Jonny for the suggestion).
LEOs weapons purchase discount has been changed to 25%. Weapon lockers in PD shows correct price, Ammunation will show its original prices but when you purchase somehting as a LEO, discount will be applied.
Now leveling up gives you also cash based on your new level * 100. EG: Leveled up to 10, 10*100 = $1000.
Sport vehicles (https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Vehicles:Sport) now require level 15 to be purchased.

Random bounty now occurs on end of each game day instead of every 10 minutes.
You can now be selected as a random bountied player only if:
You have a wanted level equal or higher of 3 - You have a score equal or higher than 100 - You are not paused.


Courier delivery not showing unload checkpoint.
Removed unnecessary code and reduced queries.
Gang tag non giving respect and money.
Fixed a bug where when doing /v park and /v respawn your vehicle health managed to set to 1000.
"Civilian Vehicle" info box showing on personal vehicle.
Dealership purchase various bug fixes.


Missing clerk inside Jim's Sticky Donuts.
Mod shops map icons in all cites (LS - SF - LV).
"unmod" and "paintjob" to /v. Used to remove vehicle modifications and paintjob.
Info boxes for newbiew LEOs with score < 100.
New players now get $1000 as starting bonus.
Grenades/molotovs are not allowed anymore inside interiors.
Paycheck/tax system every day.

Core Feature:

Due to recent complaints regarding the arrest system, a new measure to prevent players quitting to avoid arrest has been introduced.

Now quitting, pausing and or spawning near a LEO in a range of 100 meters (200 if you're in a vehicle) will automatically send you to jail and the nearest LEO will be awarded.
The same happens when you quit to avoid, on next login your new home will be the jail.
If no LEO is near in the quoted range, nothing happens.

New arrest system:

Based on complaints i've been get recently, the arrest system has been revamped.
Now before arresting a suspect, you must cuff him first. Press MMB to cuff suspect, then again MMB to arrest him.
Suspect has a 10 seconds cooldown which he can use it to break cuffs. Once the cooldown expired and player failed/not tried to break cuffs, he can be arrested.
After looking at your suggestions, i've decided what to do and how.

Gonna lock this topic, wait for new update.
Ok so, i created this topic to discuss about the current arrest system.

Currently, imho, LEOs are too powerful, never thought they'd be so much.

LEOs can simply press MMB near a suspect to arrest him, many players complained about this.

I'm here to collect all suggestions and to see what i can do to offer a balanced thing for both LEOs and Civilians.

Tried to fix a bug with the bank entrance teleporting players outside.


Now to start a bank robbery 2 LEOs must be online.
Bank deposit boxes money amount have been reduced to prevent easy and fast money.
Going on/off duty as Civilian/LEO now has a 5 minutes cooldown.
"Unpaid Ticket" cooldown has been increased to 30 seconds. (Was 15 before)


You can now pay outstanding fines on PD.

Cash Source from "Settings" has been temporary removed until we found and fix the issue related to that.


Player health not setting to full after going to jail.

Fixed a bug where you could have gone negative with the bank balance.


Jail time has been slightly reduced.

Pause/unpause message is now shown only to nearby players of who paused.

LEO's now get a discount of 5% (Ammunation and LEO lockers) [Was 0.75% before].


Now you'll get auto jailed if on your next spawn there's a
LEO in a range of 50 meters. This happens only to wanted players with a wanted level more or equal then 3.

Kath recently spent most amount of her time by helping me to test and fix bugs and i can't stop thanking her.

It's not complicated. I have already a gang system which i scripted for my old gamemode, i just have to "transfer" (AKA copy&paste) to the current SCNR gamemode, but too lazy to do it.

There's everything already except a turf system. I might add it before launch.
